He helped me get rid of a couple pieces of furniture that I couldnt...before the walk through...he also asked me If I wanted to ride along with him to the closing...he knew I didn't like to drive in the city...

Dustin was very helpful in selling our home, very quick to respond to questions and came highly recommended by 2 friends who have also had the pleasure of working with him in the past.

I started working with Dustin in February 2025 to sell a rental property. He quickly got the property advertised, and shortly after received a respectable offer. After accepting the offer, we discovered that the title to the property had an existing encumbrance. The process of removing the encumbrance took 7 months, but Dustin was able to work with the buyer to keep them informed of the process to correct the title. He did a great job communicating with all parties, and he successfully helped me sell the property in October 2025. If I need to sell another property I will definitely use Dustin again!

Dustin is one to go the extra mile every time, bringing all facts and knowledge to the table for a comprehensive detail on every deal. In August, I used Dustin to sell my previous home. He made that entire process extremely easy and pain-free. I was very pleased with him, his services, and his knowledge of the industry. Since the sale of the last place in August, I’ve been working with Dustin in search of my next house. He’s gone above and beyond and been very patient with me and my search. Even in this difficult market for buyers, Dustin made purchasing my new home about as easy as one could hope for. He was always quick to touch base on newly listed properties that I might be interested in, always willing to make a showing happen as soon as possible even though my search area wasn’t close to his home, and just was extremely punctual in every aspect of the searching and buying process. Unlike other realtors I’ve worked with previously, from start to finish I always felt confident that Dustin had my best interest and was extremely open, honest, and genuine. As long as Dustin’s a realtor, I’ll never use anyone but him again!

Dustin took so much time to help us find a house that was what we wanted. In a normal market, that's a big deal; but in the 2021 housing market, it was so far above and beyond.
